Blackpool at The Queens. Good stay hotel lovely food good menu always hot food. Great entertainment but a bit of a wait sometimes between bingo and artist. Good days out and Ian our driver was fab. Had a day out round Ribble with a tour guide very informative. Staff always helpful at the office the hotel and drivers.

The all trip was great good people .and the drivers Andy on the Isle of Wight and Dominic in Criccieth really made us all welcome and put us all at ease .going again Isle of Wight June and booking another saver later in the year love your holidays

First time I travelled with Alfa at Christmas 2022. coach was comfortable and the hotel in Dunoon Scotland was really nice and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately a lot of people on the coach were coughing and ill at the start, and I seemed to catch what ever it was so I spent the day in bed on Christmas and missed the meals. It was such a shame that so many people with obvious coughs, flu etc still caught that bus and did not seem to care about how it might affect others.

Metropole Hotel in Torquay really good and I was pleased with my double room. Food good on the whole, but carrots every evening?
Entertainment good, but finished at 10.30pm except on New Year's Eve. A bit early! I understood there was optional fancy dress on the last night, but when I asked about it, it was all vague and was not mentioned when the barman was giving us the low down on the entertainment that night. That was quite disappointing actually. Then a 2 hour journey home from South Mimms. Driver not really knowing the best route.

I went to blackpool and stayed at the Queens Hotel I went on the 27 December to the 30. December but on the morning of rhe 30 December I was taken ill and to go to blackpool hospital a lady from Alaf travell contacted me on the Saturday morning to check on my illness see then contacted the Queens and arrange to have all my belongs to be brought to the hospital with the lovely manger from the QUEENS DOING that first class service from coach driver name Roy To all staff at the hotel who enquired on my well beening as for the hotel I had a fantastic stay and look forward to going back in new year

Oh Alfa we used to enjoy our holidays with you but our last Turkey & Tinsley December 2022 left a lot to be desired. The Hotel De Paris Cromer dirty bedroom with cobwebs, peeling wall and ceiling paper dirty windows, chipped paintwork and rust on the the shower cubicle and to add insult to injury addressed as Mr & Mrs when we are both ladies! and when I raised the matter at reception a member of staff dressed as Santa sitting in the corner sniggered. The landing and corridors just as bad decoration wise. The food was 'hit & miss' and all you offer is a room up grade if we book again. Is this how you repay regular customers. The only reason we gave you 2 star was due to the dining room, lounge and bar being in better condition plus some staff very good but not a sniggering Santa at us being called Mr & Mrs. There are more travel companies who hopefully value regular customers more.

Hotel needs updating ! They could do much better promoting Christmas .
The Bar area is very small only 16 seats ! The Food is below average ! No fresh potatoes or vegetables all frozen ! Processed Meat ! The only good thing about the Hotel is the Staff very friendly and helpful.
The change over at Reading was really bad. Over 2 hours change over.
They lost our suitcase ! The lady responsible for transferring cases was rude.
Eventually the case was found on coach 1 we were coach 3 .So stressful no apologies from anyone.
Our first Holiday with Alfa and sad to say our last.

Christmas at the Shanklin Hotel. Hotel, staff and food where worth 5 stars but the let down is the changeover at South Mimms. Two and half hours going and three hours coming back. Staff lacked information as obviously not getting updates from coach drivers. Piles of suitcases covered with some tarpaulin as was raining but wind blowing them off. This is the first time for years i have used a company that doesn’t go straight to destination. Will not use company again as changeover ruined a good holiday

I have just returned from a coach holiday with Alfa holiday company and I would honestly recommend this company to anyone who wants a great break, it was so nice, ticked all the boxes and I am so impressed I have booked another one and will stick to Alfa from now on for great inclusive holiday breaks.

This week took a group to the Queen’s Hotel in Blackpool.. went with Alfa Travel, From Beginning to End it was a great trip… everyone loved it.. the food and staff at the hotel were amazing.. our Driver Ian was brilliant, helpful, Informative and kept us entertained. Our Tour number PP5305 was from Monday to Friday and every single passenger said how they enjoyed the short break and wished it had been longer.. Everyone also remarked how they thought our driver (Ian) was such a helpful man and nothing was to much trouble…

We went on an Alfa coach holiday to Bridlington and I would never use them again. To cut a long story short it took them 9 HOURS to get to our destination, from STANLEY, and the same amount of time to return. Instead of stopping for 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour for a break half way, we stopped for THREE hours going and TWO hours on our return journey. The reason Alfa gave when I complained was because they used a third party operator who they said could take as long as they like to get you to your destination.

We have just come back from 5 days at the Hydro Hotel Llandudno, what a great time we had,nice room with Sea View , great staff ,great food ,and Gluten Free,for me great choice in food,Gluten free sweets,including Carrot cake , bingo and good entertainment each evening, could not fault it ,well recommend!

Wanted to say I have had a wonderful time on my first coach holiday tinsel and turkey trip. (Blackpool 14th -18th November)
I'm honestly impressed with the whole service and want to make a huge shout to driver Ian. Lovely decent bloke. Very friendly and cheerful. Went out of his way to keep us entertained. Alfa you have a diamond there !!!

Very long list of complaints I gave one star which was for one of the drivers. I would not use this hotel or Alph again still waiting to be compensated. My original revue has disappeared this was done whilst still at the hotel. So bad we were looking for ways to get home independently. Only thing that was good was the entertainment . All in all a terrible experience.

I have never in my life had a service like this, I dealt with a lady called Michelle who was the most helpful person and couldn’t do enough for me, I book here every year and it’s just great, great company, great options and even better staff! Michelle I wanna say thank you and wish more companies had people just like you.
